Alan Inskip is a multi-awarding insurance broker and CEO of Tempcover – a leading provider of temporary car and temporary van insurance. Alan is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) having worked in the industry for over 15 years, with over 13 years’ experience as Tempcover CEO.
Graeme works closely with the Tempcover C-Suite to specify all data operations, including data capture, protection, CRM, analytics, conversion and optimisation. Graeme boasts more than 20 years' data and analytics experience, having spent 17 years at the AArising to the position of Data & Insight Director before he moved to Addison Lee where he spent four years as Chief Data & Analytics Officer.
Graham Cutbill-White is the Head of Communications at short term insurance provider, Tempcover. Graham has been writing about the world of car insurance for many years, creating hundreds of useful guides and consumer articles on topics covering car and driver safety, technology in the auto industry, learning to drive and much more. After finishing his degree at the University of Surrey, he began writing for a range of websites including life insurer, Better Protect. Since working with Tempcover, Graham has provided articles for a number of national newspapers such as The Guardian and Daily Mail, as well as insurance and finance focused sites such as Finance Derivative. Jim Murray Jones is a freelance writer and regular contributor to Tempcover. Following a 7-year stint leading product development and editorial at Auto Trader, he moved to Haymarket, where he was part of the team that acquired PistonHeads and worked on the digital development of Whatcar?. After leading a management buyout and business restructure at the news and travel magazine TNT, he returned to automotive at News UK, where he launched sunmotors.co.uk and managed the relaunch of Sunday Times Driving. He then moved to a strategic leadership position at the classified marketplace Exchange & Mart, before taking the role of Chief Marketing Officer at DriveTribe, the automotive social media platform founded by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. He is a regular contributor on DriveTribe, as well as their trade and business intelligence platform DTinsights.com. Jim has a Geography degree from the University of Reading and an MBA from Henley Business School.
Marc Pell has been with Tempcover for over seven years, providing development and technological support, strategy and implementation. He graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BSc in Automotive Technology and an MSc in Computer Science and has over 15 years of development experience. This has helped him not only shape the company’s technological strategy, direction and procedures but write about the technical side of Tempcover and all the exciting opportunities and challenges that come with being Chief Technical Officer.
Mike Greenshields is Head of PR & Content at Tempcover and is responsible for implementing the company’s strategies for public relations, media relations and social media. As an NCTJ qualified journalist with a keen eye for a good news story, Mike specialises in creating engaging content for audiences on digital and traditional media platforms. He has extensive PR experience, having worked agency-side for more than ten years, gaining experience in the fields of B2B & B2C tech, finance, transport & logistics, engineering and infrastructure.
Paul Salter oversees the range of temporary insurance products we offer at Tempcover ensuring we provide cover for as many drivers as possible and helping to develop new schemes for the business. With over 20 years in the insurance industry working for insurance providers such as Ageas, as well as a change management qualification from global change management leader, Prosci, Paul can help the business embrace new products and schemes and give an insight into how new products can provide real insurance solutions for drivers.
Rachael Laurie has been the Chief Commercial Officer at Tempcover since 2019, overseeing all commercial areas of the business. She has a vast amount of experience in both the automotive and insurance industries, having previously worked for Aviva and Northgate, as well as Lloyds Banking Group. Rachael's training and experience of growing businesses commercially mean she's ideally equipped to provide practical insights into a range of subjects.
Samantha Marr handles all things customer based in the business using her many years of talking to customers at Tempcover to provide useful information and help them get the cover they need. Samantha graduated from the University of Central Lancashire and quickly rose through the ranks at Tempcover, passing her Foundation Insurance Test from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) before becoming Head of Customer in 2019. Writing for the website, she gives great insight into how we value our customers and help them on a daily basis.
